·   Research based on new achievements in the field of inorganic, organic, physical, colloid and other subdisciplines of chemistry which are of interest to professors teaching general chemistry disciplines.

The curriculum of the faculty involves attending lectures, taking part in seminar classes, introduction to laboratory practice, as well as carrying out scientific-methodical and research work according to the task of the student of the faculty.

Advanced training in Information Technology is conducted both for professors who start their work in this field (course "Personal Computer for Personal Use"), as well as for professors who want to improve and enhance their knowledge in this field.

Apart from studies at the Advanced Training Faculty, professors of our Institute can advance their professional skills by gaining work experience and serving internship at related organizations (institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation, factories, research institutes, etc.) or corresponding higher education institutions.  Period of internship: not less than 1 month.
